How to use a promo code

Redeeming a code If you have a discount code from a newsletter or special event, you can apply it during checkout:

1. Select the Credit Pack or Subscription you wish to buy (Starter, Hobby, or Artist).

2. On the checkout page, look for the gray button labeled "Add promotional code" on the left side, just above the "Total due" line.

3. Type your code and click "Apply."

4. Verify that the Total Due amount has decreased before clicking "Pay."

   We cannot retroactively apply discounts after a payment is processed.
