Performance check

If ColorPrompt feels slow or unresponsive, run through this quick checklist before contacting support:

  1. Check your Internet Connection: AI image generation requires a stable connection to send prompts and receive images. A weak Wi-Fi signal may cause generations to time out.

  2. Clear your Browser: Cache Old data stuck in your browser can sometimes conflict with new updates we push.

Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + Delete -> "Cached images and files."

Mac: Cmd + Shift + Delete.

  1. Hardware Acceleration: Ensure "Hardware Acceleration" is enabled in your browser settings. This allows your browser to use your computer's graphics card to render the interface smoothly.
