Support tickets
You can also submit a question from inside the ColorPrompt dashboard. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Go to your ColorPrompt dashboard.
Click the "Help" button.
This will open an easy-to-send email tab.
Helpful details to include in the email
Description: A clear sentence about what happened (e.g., "I clicked Export and nothing happened").
Browser & Device: (e.g., "Chrome on Windows 10" or "Safari on iPhone").
The Error Message: If you see red text or a popup, please copy exactly what it says.
Screenshots: A picture is worth a thousand words. Please attach a screenshot of the issue if possible.
